Homes, cabins and Farms Inspection costs (square feet finished)
- 1000-1500 square feet - $300.00
- 1500-2500 square feet - $350.00
- 2500-3000 square feet - $400.00
- 3000-4000 square feet - $450.00
- Condo/Townhouse $275.00
- Multi-unit $350.00 + $50.00 each additional unit
Add $50.00 if home is older than 50 years
Additional out buildings, extra sheds, extra garages and small pole buildings up to 1500 square feet add $50.00 each
Large pole building and common barns over 1500 square feet add $100.00 each.

Basic conventional loan/personal - $125.00 with inspection, $150.00 without
