Homes, cabins and Farms Inspection costs (square feet finished)
- 1000-1500 square feet - $325.00
- 1500-2500 square feet - $375.00
- 2500-3000 square feet - $425.00
- 3000-4000 square feet - $500.00
- Condo/Townhouse $300.00
- Multi-unit $375.00 + $50.00 each additional unit
Add $50.00 if home is older than 50 years
Additional out buildings, extra sheds, extra garages and small pole buildings up to 1500 square feet add $50.00 each
Large pole building and common barns over 1500 square feet add $100.00 each.
We also offer the following additional testing and inspections:
Well Water Quality Testing
* Lab certified
Basic conventional loan/personal - $135.00 with inspection, $160.00 without
FHA/VA includes the basic and Lead. - $220.00 with inspection, $235.00 without
Well System Inspection
10 point well system Inspection $150.00 with inspection, $175.00 without, Plus the cost of water testing.
